AXS batteries, SRAM lubricants and Socks are final sale and cannot be returned, except in cases of damage or defect.

EU, UK, and Australian customers can shop Hammerhead Karoo and Ochain products now - more of the SRAM portfolio (Zipp, TIME, AXS, and more) is coming to international markets in a future update.
The store automatically shows products available in your region when you visit. For countries not listed above, SRAM products are available through our global network of dealers. Find yours here.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Orders are processed from our fulfillment center in Plainfield, Indiana. Next-day delivery options are available at checkout.
European Union
Orders ship from our fulfillment center in the Netherlands. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your country.
United Kingdom
Orders ship from our fulfillment center near London. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.
Australia
Orders ship from our local fulfillment center. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
