Need to return a shop.SRAM.COM purchase?
New, unused items purchased via the shop.SRAM.com online store can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to your original method of payment, less the shipping cost.

Please note: We do not accept returns on AXS batteries or socks.

• Sales order #

• Reason for return
